On 13 September 2021 during protest at Dindaeng Intersection, Veerapap or Alif one of the protester used a can of spray wrote message on the wall of a structure near Dindaeng Express Way.
Veerapap was arrested by police in the night of 15 September in Klong Khoi District, Nonthaburi. After his arrest Veerapap was brought to Chaiyapruek Police Station to make arrest record before he was brought to place under police custody at Phaholyothin Police Station for a night
Later, on 16 September 2021. The police brought Veerapap to the Criminal Court to file detention petition from the court. The court later release Veerapap on bail under condition that Veerapap must refrain from any action that may harm to the Monarchy, refrain from taking part in public agthering that may provoke unrest in the society. T
he court also order Veerapap to wear Electronic Monitoring (EM) and Veerapap must not leave the house between 6 P.M. to 5 A.M. of the next day. The lawyer deposit cash in the sum of 100,000 Baht from the People Wills Funding to the court as bail bond. later on
In December 2021, Veerapap can droped the electronic monitoring (EM) because the prosecutor did not file case to the court within 84 days of pre-trial detention period. Later, on 23 February 2022 the prosecutor filed case to the Criminal Court. Veerapap deposit 100,000 Baht cash to the court as bail bond. The court released him on bail under conditions similar to bail condition during pre-trial detention period without condition on electronic monitoring.
