On 3 August 2020, “Mahanakorn for Democracy” Group and Mokased Group organized an event "Spelling Patronus Charm to protect Democracy at the Democracy Monument in front of McDonald's Ratchadamnoen branch at 6:00 p.m.
Since 5.00 p.m., protesters dressed dress in wizard and witor literary character in witch and wizard costume like 'Harry Potter' novel.
Hilight of this protest was speech the on monarchy institution and the Thai society. On the date the police did not arrest any protester but later the police summoned Anon to acknowlede sedition allegation.
Afterward, the police summoned 6 alleged offenders of this case to acknowledge allegations under Public Assembly Act. Since this case had highest prison sentence up to 3 years the case will be proceed at the Dusit Municipal Courts while the case of Anon Numpa will be proceed at the Criminal Court.
All alleged offenders went to meet with the inquiry official on 1 September 2020 then the prosecutor filed case to the court on 29 July 2021.
