On 1 February 2021, activist group called "Radsadon", the organizer of the "Radsadon On Tour" camp, held a protest in front of Phu Khieo Police Station to demand for public apology.
Earlier, in late January 2021 the police from Phu Khiao Police Station went to visit houses of students who applied to participate in the camp activity. As a result many student decided to withdraw from capm participation.
Radsadorn's protester brought fabric banners written messages including “Reforming the Monarchy”, “SAVE Myanmar” and “The real owner of the country is the people to hung at the Police Station building that was set as stage by protesters. Jatupat or Pai and Attapol or Yai who participated and gave speeches during the protest
Later, at least 3 protesters including Jatupat, Attapol, and Panupong or Mike gave speeches during the protest were summoned to acknowledge accusation under section 112 of the Criminal Code along with other allegations.
Jatupat and Attapol reported themselves to inquiry officials on 11 June 2021. Both of them denied all allegations and were released after reported themselves in. As for Panupong, he went to report to the police on 6 July 2021, he denied all allegations and was released after reported himself in.
