A facebook user in Satuk District, Buriram Province posted a public status on his Facebook account, announced that he will organize Run Against Dictator activity in the area on 12 January 2020, the same day that this activity will be held nation wide.
He also posted a message on his Facebook taged Issaree, a former MP candidate of a former Future Forward Party and invite she to join the activity. Issaree replied that she accepted his invitation and will join the activity.
Later, the Facebook user who suppose to host the activity had been followed by the authority, he then withdrew himself from being an organizer but Issaree had posted on her Facebook that she will still join the activity in Satuk district.
Later on 12 January 2020, Issaree went to join the activity in Satuk district, she had broadcast the event live via her personal Facebook account. While broadcasting, Issaree also comment that such activity can be done under the protection of the Constitution, Issaree also discussed a little regard to the economic problem before she stop broadcasting to run.
A day later on 13 January 2020 Issaree received summon from Satuk Police Station to acknowledge accusation for not notify public assembly under Public Assembly Act. Issaree had met with the police where she denied accusation.
