Thai Federation case no.1 : Membership of regime changing group

Five defendants are accused of sedition charges and criminal association for sharing their idea on Federal State online and sharing symbolic objects including leaflets and black T-shirts with a small white and red flag. Krisana, Somsak, Praphan and Wannapa were released on bailed during the trial. Later Praphan had been revoked the bail contract due to the fact she fled the country to Malaysia and she had been sent back to Thailand by Malaysian authorities even she already was registered as asylum seeker by UNHCR.
