“Rak Chiang Mai” community radio was categorised in the anti-monarchy plot diagram, which was claimed by Centre for Resolution of Emergency Situation (CRES) in 2010.

On 24 March 2011, Mr. Tharit Pengdit, DSI Director General, announced that Mrs. Kanyapak Maneechak, aka DJ Aom, a Red Shirt leader, 51, a Lese Majeste alleged offender, surrendered to DSI officials. Mrs. Kanyapak denied all charges, and asked for 20 days to prepare evidences and defenses.
DSI officials released her on bail for 300,000 Baht. For the prosecution of the Lese Majeste case, which was reported by CRES, DSI officials will investigate and will bring alleged offenders to justice.
