Hung a banner criticized Royal Budget at Lampang Province

On 30 December 2020, a big banner written Royal Budget > Covid19 Vaccines was hung on Ratchadaphisek Bridge in Muang District Lampang Province. Later, on 18 January 2021 police from Muang Lampang Police Station went to search office of Progressive Movement (Lampang Branch).

The police presented search warrant authorized by Lampang Provincial Court to one of alleged offenders before conduct the search. Summons under section 112 of the Criminal Code were also presented to 4 alleged offenders who present at the search while another warrant was serve separately.

Later, on 25 January 2021 all 5 alleged offenders went to report to the police at Muang Lampang Police Station and denied allegations. The inquiry official later release them unconditionally in the same day.
