Sanguan: contempt of court by posting picture

On 4 June 2018, the Dusit Municipal Court scheduled for a proceeding of the Political rally of the people who want an election at Ratchadamnoen #RDN50 case (case of participants). Prior to the begining of the proceeding Panyarat one of the defendant used her moblie phone took photo of Anurak another defendant in the court room. She later send the photo in to Line application

Later Sanguan, a person who was also face acusation in the Political rally of the people who want an election at BACC #MBK39 case (case of participants) and was in the Line group with other 2 person accused had posted that photo and written a comment criticized the court on his personal facebook which was set as public status. 

Eventhought Sanguan had deleated the photo and Facebook status soon after he posted it but the Information and Public Relations Division of the Office of the Court of Justice had captured and forward the picture to the Dusit Municipal Court. Later, the Dusit Municipal Court had summon Anurak, Panyarat and Sanguan to testify for contempt of court.
