Squadron leader Chanin K. was an Air Force officer of the Directorate of Aeronautical Engineering. He was suspend from duty after the case.

Sqn.Ldr. Chanin wrote messages that when read together can be interpret that the monarchy have a responsibility to water related disaster that occurred in Thailand either flood or droughts. (On the 19th October he committed the crime in this category 6 times and on the 25th October he committed the crime in this category 2 times)
Sqn. Ldr. Chanin was accused to committed a lese majesty crime (defames, insult or threatens to the King) for 24 times. All crimes were committed on his personal facebook. His offended can be categorize as follow.
1. 29 February and 1 october 2010
Sqn.Ldr. Chanin insulted the monachy by refer to the term Sakdina (feudal)
2. 4 October and 5 October 2010
Sqn.Ldr. Chanin wrote messages that could encourage the public as well as military personals to distrust and disloyal to the monarchy. (On the 5th October he committed the crime in this category 4 times)
3. 8 October and 27 October 2010
Sqn.Ldr. Chanin wrote messages which could be interpreted that not only it did not contribute any good to integrity of the nation the monarchy itself also threaten to integrity of the nation. (On the 8th October he committed the crime in this category 2 times)

Sqn.Ldr. Chanin wrote messages that when read together can encourage the audience to disrespect the monarchy.

Sqn.Ldr. Chanin wrote a message which can be interpret that the monarchy lived luxury while taught the people about the sufficient economic.

Sqn.Ldr. Chanin wrote messages that when read together can be interpret that the monarchy have a responsibility to water related disaster that occurred in Thailand either flood or droughts. Sqn.Ldr. Chanin complaint to Technology Crime Suppression Division that threaten by a facebook user who is a member of Social Sanction page.

Sqn.Ldr. Chanin was detained and released on bail in the same day.
19 January 2011
Sqn.Ldr. Chanin handed a letter to office of the prosecutor, military court Bangkok. His letter stated that his facebook was hacked and was put in false data. Chanin also attach a document which explain the hacking procedure and other related technical document.
8 February 2011
Prosecutor of the military court, Bangkok agreed to issue a prosecution order for this case as a pending case no. 47/2554. The charge stated about the crimes that the accused committed by defames, insults or threatens the King on his personal facebook page 24 times since 29 September 2010 up until 27 October 2010.
Currently the military court Bangkok is trying this case in the closed door.

Sqn.Ldr. Chanin was suspend from duty. His commander clarified that Chanin was suspend because the claim that his facebook account was hack did not have a strong supporting evidence. Regarding a complaint that Sqn.Ldr Chanin submitted before the Technology Crime Suppression Division his commander stated that it cannot be used as an evident to prove that Sqn.Ldr. Chanin did not committed a crime. Moreover prosecutor of the military court, Bangkok already filed the charge against him since 8 February 2011.

Signed an Air Force Order no. 319/54 transfer commission officer to reserve (suspend from duty) because a person named in the order was accused in the lese majesty charge as well as import to a computer system of any computer data related with an offence
against the Kingdom's security under the Criminal Code
